Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead a growing offshore team of Magento developers building industry leading ecommerce solutions
• Developing best practice development procedures for Magento Enterprise projects
• Participate in creation of technical project and user documentation
• Consult with clients on best practices and help design solutions that meet business objectives
• Great communications skills - Clearly communicate technical issues (and tradeoffs) to both technical and non-technical individuals
• Engage in hands-on programming tasks with the team to ensure that the final solution meets all technical and business objectives.
• Occasional travel to our overseas Sri Lankan offices for team training

• 2+ years experience in development of Magento based eCommerce sites.
• 3+ years experience in LAPM (Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL).
• 5+ years overall experience in software development.
• PHP framework experience (Zend, Cake, Symfony).
• JS (jQuery).
• MySQL.
• LAMP stack experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to address clients and internal project teams.
• Experience working as a team member in a multi-project environment.
