Tasks:

• Conception and execution of awesome visual design;
• Leading the wider design team;
• Storyboarding and art directing creative campaigns;
• Communicating your vision with the production and account team;

• 5 years + experience working in digital media;
• Fresh and intuitive approach to creative thinking;
• Experience working with ecommerce clients;
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, preferably Magento;
• Understanding of designing to accessibility and usability standards;
• Mastery of Adobe CS3/4/5;
• Good understanding of web technologies and emerging Internet trends (eg AJAX, user generated content, accessibility);
• Experience in designing for large, content-heavy websites;
• Strong understanding of branding;
• Solid skills in typography / layout / colour;
• Ability to sketch / story-board ideas;
• Lead or support the presentation of design solutions to clients;
• Actively participate in meetings and critiques of work;?
