Douwe Egberts Coffee Systems in cooperation with Sara Lee has just launched its latest coffee innovation – Two Seasons Coffee.
The uniqueness for Two Seasons Coffee comes from the coffee bean which is harvested during the two seasons which occur in its country of origin - Guatemala. This untypical approach of obtaining the highest amount of freshness creates an unmistakably genuine coffee flavour (I have tried the coffee myself and it’s truly different!).
So how do you best promote a new coffee brand?
-
Offline Marketing? Yes of course.
- Website? Great idea!
- Facebook? Definitely!
Netstarter has developed a Facebook strategy and created a business Facebook page for Two Seasons Coffee to reach higher brand awareness online and to get regular coffee users and coffee enthusiasts to engage with the brand.
Netstarter Update -
Creating a business page on Facebook
We created a ‘Welcome’ tab that forces visitors to ‘like’ the Two Seasons Coffee Facebook page before they can see any promotions or even wall posts.
Once visitors click onto the ‘like’ button they are taken to another landing page where they can engage into Two Seasons Coffee’s latest promotion – ‘Get a free coffee during happy hour in your city’.
We have been running Facebook Ads leading up to the promotion in order to build a targeted fan base and spread the word about the promotion offered on Facebook.
The promotion kicked off this morning with free coffee for those who covertly mentioned the password to the Two Seasons barista. Check out Two Seasons Facebook page to see what the brand is all about. If you’re nearby a café that offers Two Seasons get your free sample…it’s worth it!
Please check the Netstarter blog updates as I will be posting a post campaign report soon.
Cheers
