Senior Flash Designer/Developer - $500 USD - $800 USD per month
We are looking for Sri Lanka's most skilled flash people to join our team. You will be working off Photoshop files created by our Australian designers and under their guidance create stand alone flash websites, flash header animations and flash applications. To apply for the position you will need the following experience.
- Minimum 3 years+ commercial Flash experience
- Expert at ActionScript 2 & 3
- Portfolio of previous work
- Experience in 3D & Aftereffects is a bonus
- Experience integrating video into flash a bonus
- $US500 - $US800 per month
- Excellent English skills required

Net Starter is looking for experienced web content administators to work on a range of clients projects.
You will be responsible for adding content to client websites once the development of the website framework has been complete. This involves creating graphics based on the website's approved concept, optimising images, editing CSS files and using Net Starter's content management to layout the page content.
You will need a solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Useability
- HTML & CSS
- Photoshop
- Image optimisation for web
- Proven experience designing & maintaining content of websites
The position demands excellent time management and organisational skills. Applicants must be confident working on concurrent projects and have strong attention to detail.

Senior ASP.NET Developer (v2.0 - 3.5) - $900 USD - $1500 USD per month Net Starter requires an elite .NET developer who is proficient with version 3.5 for major client projects. The successful candidate will be able to develop an application utilising the latest technologies competantly including LINQ, SQL 2005, NUnit, Inheritance, Encapsulation, Reusable components etc.

Net Starter is seeking highly skilled 3D designers to join the growing team at our Colombo office. All applicants should be experienced in converting Autocad DWG files into photo realistic renders. If you are able to deliver high quality architectural renders using the V-Ray render engine, please download the files necessary to complete our skills assessment test. The sample project has been designed to simulate the typical skills required and provide you with the opportunity to showcase your talent.
